I INSPIRE LEADERS WHO ARE STUCK TO MOVE.
AND LEADERS WHO ARE MOVING FAST TO SLOW DOWN AND
BE PRESENT IN THEIR ORGANIZATIONS AND LIVES

I am a catalyst and an integrator when it comes to using what we know about the brain and the mind-body connection to create a life you see yourself in and a world we all want to be part of.

The pressures and pace today cause us to run on autopilot to get everything done. The result is that we are not fully aware of how our brains are wired to keep us safe and small not deeply connected to ourselves, our purpose and those around us. I envision a world of leaders who understand their brains and use this knowledge to lead intentional, present and deeply connected lives.

I have been a keynote speaker across Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom on how to use what we know about the brain to transform organizations, communities and lives. I specialize in how we apply the knowledge we currently have to make a positive impact.

My current speaking topics include:

⤖ How the brain keeps you from getting what you really want.
⤖ How to unstick when you are feeling stuck.
⤖ Living authentically - what does that even mean?
⤖ How understanding the impact of early experiences can be used as a template to transform our communities and systems.

NOTE: Early adversity affects all Canadians not just vulnerable populations. Recent findings from the Alberta Adverse Childhood Experiences Survey showed that nearly 30% of Albertans had experienced abuse and nearly 50% experienced family dysfunction before age 18. (Tough & McDonald, 2013)
