Khalil and Amanda Rae welcome the first guest, Ijmal Haider, to the Millennial Leadership Podcast Episode 7!

Ijmal has a professional background in architecture, real estate development and design. He has worked in companies and owned his own businesses. Through his experience with a chronic illness, Ijmal started sharing his experience online, through Razi Blog. This led to founding Hidden Spoons, which gives voice to the mental health aspects of having a chronic illness.

Ijmal uses his experience designing physical communities to design community via social media and he shares insights around using different platforms to do this. Ijmal, Khalil and Amanda Rae talk through social conscience of millennials, what building relationships looks like via social media, how the uses of social media has shifted and how to portray yourself on social media and how social media increases authenticity.
